MyGIG system in the Dodge Journey

and then of course we have my gig now

the my gig in this vehicle has the

optional iPod connector but not the

optional navigation system so let's take

a look at

it here's the iPod connector we'll

browse

up you can see playlists can choose by

album it's just like a real iPod in this

sense you can go by artist

choose your playlist going to turn down

the sound set we don't break any

copyrights choose by

artist we're back on

playlist and you notice that after a

moment the a toz button lights up and

then we can

press and go to the first page for any

particular

letter

so let's try that again go to a slightly

different

letter and here we

are now to uh change the audio settings

you have to push a few

buttons this is actually rather clever

you can just drag up and drag down that

saves some time it's got a mean

subwoofer which I say mean in terms of

distorting the sound

and then back to balance and fade which

you can either do this way or you can do

this way or you can just press Center

and get it back to where it's supposed

to

be and of course it's got your little

USB connector to fill up the my gig with

music so if we want to go

into my gig itself see this is am fmn

satellite press again and go to your

hard

drive right now there's nothing on the

hard drive but if there was you could go

buy any of

these so let's see how you fill up the

hard

drive go to My Music import music files

then you can choose either to import

from USB or from disk it's a very handy

system but it does kind of take your

attention off the

road
