Mauro Pino, who let Stellantis for Eaton Aerospace, has been appointed head of North American manufacturing, his former domain; Tim Fallon, head of North American manufacturing, has been promoted to global head of the Stellantis Production Way (manufacturing methods and innovation). The head of manufacturing remains Francesco Ciancia, who had left for Mercedes.
Pino and Ciancia will be joined by many other lesser-known rehires as Antonio Filosa rebuilds the organization which was recklessly cost-cut by former CEO Carlos Tavares.
