Stellantis’ latest executive changes

Antonio Filosa has been busy moving people around, in some cases undoing Carlos Tavares’ actions and bringing back executives who left during Tavares’ time. One of these was Mauro Pino.

Stellantis North America sign

In October, Mauro Pino was (re)named senior vice president and head of North America manufacturing. He has a master’s degree in engineering and the inevitable MBA. He started out in 1987 at Fiat’s Cassino plant in Italy, and rose to become a plant manager in 2001. He was sent out to lead the Toledo Complex in 2010, and appointed head of World Class Manufacturing in 2011. He has run North American manufacturing before, from 2013 to 2015, when he was moved to Brazil. In 2018 he left Stellantis to run a plant in Ohio; he rose to Director of Transformation of Eaton Aerospace in 2023, before returning to Stellantis in October 2025.

Numerous changes were announced for Europe; one of these is Luca Napolitano becoming head of Stellantis & You Sales and Services, below the European sales and services division‘s leader, Jean-Philippe Imparato, who also runs Maserati. This puts him in charge of 10,000 employees in Europe, with 10 Stellantis brands, and overseeing 37 hubs. (The press release claims that “Stellantis &You is a key player in automotive distribution in Europe, combining a strong retail local footprint with a culture of customer-centric service, performance, and innovation. Luca’s appointment aligns with Stellantis’ commitment to strengthening ties with its network, enriching the customer experience, and building lasting trust with customers.”)
